Thinking it through
Designing and developing good websites is a collaborative process. It works best when we understand what you are trying to achieve with your website, your goals and objectives, so that we can help share that vision and maybe suggest a different approach or a new way of looking at things
We like to think that we are good listeners, and that we can identify some options and alternatives that will make your project even more successful, whatever your budget – but at the end of the day the decision is always yours.
Making it smart
We use open source content management software because it keeps your costs down and is flexible, but we design bespoke websites with different features, looks and functionality – because the website needs to fit your needs, not the other way round. We don’t just jam your website into our product.
We can add value and reduce wasted time by recommending, from our many years of experience, where we think something may make a project more difficult to maintain and expensive for you.
Keeping it simple
We keep things small because we prefer it that way. There are 2 of us working full time on web projects and you will deal with us personally during the whole lifecycle of the website project and beyond – not get handed off to the junior as soon as you give us the job.
We’re reliable, responsive, focused, flexible – and accountable.
We care about your business because you’re not just a sales lead to us, a sideline business or something we fit in at weekends.
Putting it to work
We make it our business to try to understand your objectives.
We make it our business to help you with the benefit of our experience and with a minimum of jargon and mumbo jumbo.
We make it our business to provide cost effective solutions that get you results.
In short, we make it our business because, well, this is our business.
Getting the right mix
The best website projects tend to be those that have embraced new and emerging technology and made it a part of a continuous process of testing, development and improvement. Frequent incremental changes will keep you at the forefront of your industry, improve your ROI and allow you to change as circumstances change to take advantage of new opportunities.
