Physiotherapy & sports injury clinic
Physio Solutions first approached us for help in building up an email list and regular email marketing to highlight their services. We were then asked to redesign the existing website to be optimised for smartphones and tablets, as well as desktops.
A key objective was to try and make the process easy to understand and to encourage booking a session – especially for people who might not have ever attended a physiotherapist before. This included adding a ‘click to schedule’ option to allow users to easily book a telephone call with a therapist, in order to talk through their situation and suggest possible options.
Rather than just feature the various treatments available, the content of the website was audited and refocused to highlight the symptoms and issues the clients were experiencing which they wanted more information on.

Generating leads and generating results
We wanted to make it easy for people to contact the clinic, so there are multi touch points for people to make contact – phone, email, online forms or an online booking calendar for a free telephone advice session. A discount voucher was also added to encourage trial. The website includes a blog and email newsletters for keeping in touch with clients.
12 months after the relaunch the organic search traffic from Google in January increased 29% year-on-year and visits from social were up by 85%. The pages of rich content that were added to the site are showing traffic increases of 80-100%.
